Getting There
Rainbow Lodge is 1 hour from the Reno airport, 1.5 hours from the Sacramento airport, and 3.5 hours from San Francisco or Oakland.
For those arriving by airplane, we suggest renting a car for the weekend. Here is a carpool list if you you’d like to offer or get a ride.
Where to Stay
The area is a popular vacation destination and options for lodging are plentiful. There will be a shuttle from Truckee to the Lodge on Saturday.
Our wedding party and immediate families will be staying with us at Rainbow Lodge! Please await instructions before booking a room if you’re staying at the Lodge.
Stay at a Hotel
We have a room block at the Springhill Suites in Truckee (10640 E Jibboom St, Truckee, CA 96161). A shuttle will also leave from here on Saturday.

Search “Soda Springs” (15 minutes to the Lodge) or “Truckee” (25 minutes to the Lodge).
Camp
For anyone who wants to pitch a tent or park a van, Hampshire Rocks campground is walking distance to Rainbow Lodge.
You can reserve a spot 6 months in advance (starting January 25, 2026).
